Clinical Therapeutic Massage: A therapeutic massage session entails a thorough assessment of the client's posture and medical history, and will often hone in on a few targeted locations to address a particular need. Therapeutic Massage is absolutely essential for the client suffering from any type of muscular dysfunction or pain.

Deep-Tissue: A fusion of the Swedish and Therapeutic massage styles, Deep-Tissue allows for specific target treatment in the context of a relaxing, full-body massage. This style is recommended for those that need therapeutic bodywork, while desiring full-body treatment.

Restorative Myofascial Release: Fascia is the connective tissue that runs through almost every muscle and bone in the body. It is the sheath that provides the structure and integrity of our body's shape. Myofascial adhesions can occur for a variety of reasons including: over-exhersion, poor posture, and disuse. Myofascial release is a delicate, slow process that is recommended as treatment for pain with clients that are reluctant to receive deep treatment for a variety of reasons: including fibromyalgia, other hypersensitivities, or simply as a personal preference.​

Sports Massage:  Sports massage can both prevent injuries, by ensuring the muscles are performing at their best, as well as rehabilitate sports injuries, by providing a proper healing environment allowing muscles to heal at a faster rate.
